Emily Driscoll's Bio

Fox_BizEmily Driscoll is FoolProof’s newest team member, and we’re happy to have her aboard as a regular monthly columnist on high-tech issues and scams impacting young people.

Emily is also a columnist for FoxBusiness.com, where her column “Money 101” features financial and college advice to high school students, college students, and their parents.

Emily holds a double Bachelors degree in French and journalism from Miami University in Oxford, OH. After interning for the Fox News Channel Washington D.C. bureau as a senior in college and working for a private investment and banking group at Merrill Lynch after graduation, Emily began writing for the personal finance and small business sections on FoxBusiness.com.

Good deeds: Emily recently served as a pro-bono business consultant and advisor for a start-up business in Kampala, Uganda with Grow Volunteer Consulting. After advising the firm on targeting a specific market niche, developing a SWOT analysis for the business, and providing guidance in the use of international social networking sites to improve the company’s exposure at minimum cost, she is currently awaiting an assignment to assist another Ugandan business.

Emily is a great new advocate for you!  If you have any comments, questions, or article suggestions, drop her an email at emily@foolproofhq.com.
